Job Description & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Specialist to help us transform manual processes into sleek, automated digital solutions. In this role, you won't just build apps; you’ll build efficiency. You will be the bridge between complex business problems and low-code solutions, leveraging the full Power Platform stack to empower our teams and streamline operations. 

 

Position Responsibilities 

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven)
  • Create and maintain complex automated workflows using Power Automate to integrate disparate systems 
  • Architect and manage data structures within Microsoft Dataverse and ensure data integrity across environments 
  • Develop external-facing web portals using Power Pages (formerly Power Portals) for client or partner interaction 
  • Connect Power Platform solutions with Office 365, SharePoint, Azure, and third-party APIs
  • Assist in environment management, security role configuration, and provide technical support/troubleshooting for end-users

Job Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience specifically within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Deep understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
  • Proficiency in Power Fx and a strong logical mindset for building complex branching logic
  • Ability to translate "business-speak" into technical requirements

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with Azure (Logic Apps, Azure Functions) or SQL Server. 
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS or JavaScript for custom styling within portals
  • Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100) or Functional Consultant (PL-200)

The total compensation for this role can vary from $133,000 to $166,000 a year based on individual qualifications. Eligibility for yearly discretionary bonus.
