Job Description & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a disciplined, adaptable, and creative Field Marketing Coordinator with a military or law enforcement background to anchor both our media production and the logistics that support it. This role will assist in handling the planning, coordination, and execution details that keep shoots, events, and gear moving.

 

Position Responsibilities   

  • Equipment & Logistics Management Rotate, stage, and maintain gear monthly based on mission requirements
  • Track readiness of radios, antennas, drones, TAK devices, and other demo equipment
  • Program/update radios and related integration items
  • Ship demo gear and swag weekly to units, partners, and influencers; track returns and ensure readiness for next use
  • Manage studio operations, field operations, and travel gear inventory to prevent last-minute shortages
  • Secure partner equipment for demos and collaborative events
  • Media Production & Support Operate production equipment: DSLR/mirrorless cameras, drones, audio gear, and post-production software
  • Capture authentic photo/video content at demos, training events, and partner shoots
  • Edit media for use on social platforms and in targeted sales opportunities
  • Cull, format, and distribute content to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain organized media libraries for quick retrieval
  • Provide the sales team with tailored media on short notice
  • Support demos, tradeshows, and events with content capture and logistics
  • Administrative & Operational Tasks Support planning and scheduling of media shoots with SMEs, executives, and partner brands
  • Manage subcontractor coordination (media editors, designers, vendors)
  • Ensure travel logistics, staging, and pre-event readiness are handled for senior staff

Job Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Qualifications 

  • 3+ years in media production, preferably in dynamic/field environments
  • Familiarity with military or law enforcement operations, tactics, and equipment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision
  • Willing to travel

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Military or law enforcement background
  • FAA Part 107 drone certification
  • Familiarity with RF/wireless communications
  • Experience with Wave Relay® products
  • Active U.S. security clearance

The base pay for this role can vary from $64,000 to $79,000 a year based on individual qualifications. Eligibility for yearly discretionary bonus.
