As a Workplace Experience Associate (WEA), you will be an integral part of the Workplace Experience team, helping to create a dynamic, engaging, and productive environment for employees, guests, and clients. Serving as the Workplace site-lead, this role is focused on ensuring that workplace activities run smoothly, providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders, and helping to cultivate a positive, energetic, and collaborative workplace culture. You will work closely with the Workplace Experience Manager (WEM) and other team members to execute various workplace programs, events, and office operations.

Position Responsibilities  

• Assist with daily office operations including maintaining office supplies, organizing snacks, and collaborating with teams across various functional areas to ensure smooth operations. Keep the office space organized and functional for all employees
• Act as a company ambassador, proactively addressing colleague and customer concerns on-site, going above and beyond to provide exceptional support and enhance their experience
• Provide administrative support for scheduling meetings, distributing company swag, and assisting with workspace assignments. Take part in other operational projects that improve the overall employee experience
• Support all on-site meetings, including executive meetings and customer engagements, assisting with conference room booking, food and beverage requests, and on-site support
• Play an active role in coordinating and executing workplace events such as “Foodie Fridays,” team competitions, and other team building activities
• Support employee engagement activities, such as committee-led programs, company surveys, and recognition initiatives
• Collaborate with the WEM in helping to shape the workplace experience strategy for your respective office. Provide feedback and contribute ideas to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement
• Take responsibility for restocking and ordering snacks, beverages, and office supplies. Ensure the workplace is always well-stocked and ensure purchases are within budget
• Assist with coordinating travel accommodation for employees and candidates as needed. Help ensure smooth logistics for all travel-related needs
• Work with other Workplace Experience Associates across locations to foster a cohesive and consistent workplace environment. Share best practices and collaborate to enhance and streamline employee experience across all offices
• Assist with front desk duties, providing backup where needed. This includes helping with greeting employees, guests, candidates, and customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all
• Assist in supporting the mission and goals of the wider Workplace Experience Team, helping to create positive, engaging environments for all employees and visitors

Minimum Qualifications 

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in workplace experience, office services, hospitality or related roles
• Strong customer service experience with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, exercising good judgment in fast-paced situations
• Must be a team-player with a high level of professional responsibility
• Organized and strong attention to detail, excellent verbal, and written communication skills
• Meetings and events planning experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must be able to lift 20lbs

Total compensation for this role can vary from $31.40 to $38.49 an hour based on individual qualifications.
