We are looking for a Logistics Planner to join our Field Technical Services and Support (FT2S) team in our New York City headquarters. You will be responsible for organizing and planning for the FT2S team who are responsible for coordinating logistics and resources for field support. You will ensure requests for field support, including people and equipment, are aligned and executed in a timely manner.

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain master FT2S schedule within an ERP system to establish and meet resourcing needs for sales, programmatic and engineering needs
• Plan and prepare event schedules for supplying equipment and resources to internal and external customers
• Ensure equipment availability for upcoming events, reporting to the ILS Manager any deficiencies in equipment allocation and priorities
• Maintain contact with customers to ensure the team is meeting deadlines to deliver equipment to the field
• Monitor all FT2S orders, using inventory forecasts, to determine equipment availability
• Capture the full request from customers, including equipment lists, resourcing needs, and scope of events to properly understand and support requirements
• Coordinate with Logistics Associates to ensure the team is tracking events and timeline for delivery

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a demand planning or forecasting role
• Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures in a planning software such as ERP or equivalent
• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of inventory management practices and procedures in a planning software such as ERP or equivalent
• Proficiency in QuickBooks / Excel / Access / INFOR-Cloud Suite Industrial

Total compensation for this role can vary from $85,000 to $95,000 a year based on individual qualifications. Eligibility for yearly discretionary bonus.
