We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team in New York City! We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic International Project Manager to work with the International Program Manager in overseeing Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Foreign Military Funded (FMF), and fostering collaborations with international reseller partners. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in project management, an understanding of defense procurement processes, will help pursue new opportunities, and foster existing customer relationships.

Position Responsibilities 

• Oversee International Partner Programs including Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Foreign Military Funded (FMF), or through Reseller Partners ensuring successful contract/program execution within scope, schedule, and budget
• Maintain all project management data, including (but not limited to) project plans, project schedules, project budgets, risk management plan, communication plan, and project tasks
• Leads cross functional project team to ensure team is clear on objectives, delivers quality work on time, and meets all project requirements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international reseller partners to expand the global reach of our Wave Relay MANET solutions
• Collaborate with reseller partners on joint projects, providing support, and ensuring alignment with company vision
• Engage with key stakeholders, including foreign military officials, reseller partners, and internal teams
• Effectively communicate updates to leadership team, Government Program Managers, Foreign Military leadership, and other company stakeholders
• Work with Account Managers to respond to Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Quotes (RFQ), Requests for Proposals (RFP), and other relevant requests
• Maintain understanding of network and communications systems, as well as Government procurement methods

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Project Management Professional certifications (PMP), or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or similar fields, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing technical projects, technical writing, and proposal writing
• Experience with network and communications systems
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous tasks and competing priorities
• Familiarity with of U.S. and international defense regulations and policies such as Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
• Must have or be able to obtain United States Secret security clearance
• Willingness to travel 25% or as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in international project management, specifically in Foreign Military Sales and defense procurement.
• CCNA, or other similar technical certifications
• Wireless networking or tactical networking experience
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a similar field or equivalent experience
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications, such as Infor Clous Suite Industrial (Infor CSI)

The base pay for this role can vary from $110,000 to $130,000 a year based on individual qualifications. Eligibility for yearly discretionary bonus.
