Persistent Systems is looking for a Help Desk Technician to support our user base located across multiple locations. You will be responsible for responding to end user requests through the ticketing system, as well as maintaining and updating software, laptops, and desktops. Day-to-day responsibilities are communicating with end users, opening, monitoring, and resolving support tickets. The ideal candidate will have excellent troubleshooting skills and will be customer service focused.
