Job Description & Responsibilities

We're seeking a Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the company’s full cycle recruiting process for all technical roles, ensuring the continued growth and success of Persistent Systems by attracting and helping to select the best and the brightest talent. You will also be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, building a talent pipeline, partnering with hiring managers to anticipate and identify talent needs, and continuing to develop our employer brand.

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducting resume and phone screens, as well as in-person interviews with applicants
  • Coordinating all interviews, including scheduling with interviewers and candidates
  • Developing search strategies to reach and attract qualified candidates
  • Drafting job descriptions and job postings that accurately describe the company’s roles and their requirements as well as appeal to job seekers
  • Creating and maintaining job postings across various platforms
  • Building internal and external partnerships to maximize the effectiveness of our recruiting initiatives
  • Attending job fairs and participating in other on-campus recruitment opportunities
  • Developing a talent pipeline for immediate and future positions
  • Working with managers to forecast hiring needs
  • Managing the company’s applicant tracking system
  • Providing various recruiting reports to management
  • Working with Human Resources and Accounting to suggest appropriate compensation for roles
  • Working with Human Resources and management to implement selection tools
  • Performing other Human Resources responsibilities as required

Job Qualifications & Experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting for technical roles and at all levels of an organizations
  • Experience sourcing technical candidates, including software (especially C/C++ in Linux), hardware, and electrical engineers
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for job fairs and other opportunities
  • Must have a United States security clearance or be able to obtain a United States security clearance

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience recruiting for a company subject to OFCCP regulations
  • Experience recruiting for electronics manufacturing companies
  • Experience recruiting embedded Linux software engineers
  • Experience with iCIMS applicant tracking system
